The way to reach Llegamos is by email, at hola@llegamos.uy. A person reads it, not a bot. Here is what to include in each case so the first answer is the useful one.

Write to hola@llegamos.uy. If it is about your account, write from the email you sign in with: that tells us which account it is without asking you anything else.

What to include
- A question: what you wanted to do and on which screen. Many answers are already in the features and in the questions on the home page.
- Something is broken: on which device (the phone, and whether it is the Android app or the browser), what you tapped and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot; cover anything you would rather not show.
- Your Pro plan: your account email and whether you subscribed on the web or on Google Play.
- A mistake on the site: the link to the page and which fact is wrong; the source that corrects it, if you have it.
- Press or a proposal: who you are and what you have in mind.

Your personal data
You can access, correct and delete your data. Almost everything is done in the app: your name is changed in the profile, a group’s data is exported from its settings and the account is deleted from the profile. For anything else, write to the same email. What is kept, what for and for how long is in the privacy policy.
