How Llegamos says it

A payment repeats.

UTE luz · Monthly · $ 2,450.50

An expense happens once.

Pharmacy · Sep 3 · $ 1,250

A pocket sets aside, then pays.

Car tax · $ 18,000

And each currency keeps its own account.

Consulting · US$ 500

Your month is set up in two minutes

No bank connection and nothing to import: you write down what is yours, and that is it.

  1. Enter it once

The amount, the name and how often it is paid. From that, Llegamos builds every month’s due dates.

  2. It reminds you first

A notification on your phone before it is due, at the hour you choose.

  3. Next month is already there

Turn to October and the electricity bill is already there, with its due date. You never enter it again.

Currencies

Two currencies, never mixed up

Every amount stays in the currency you entered it in, and each currency keeps its own account. If you want to see it all together, Llegamos converts it at the day’s rate and tells you where the rate comes from.

  • The currencies your home uses, with the main one you choose
  • Converting is optional: it never overwrites an amount
  • Rates from public sources, shown with their time

Pockets

Money you set aside, for something

A pocket for each thing: the car tax, the trip, a rainy-day fund. Each month it proposes how much to set aside; you confirm it with one tap. Nothing moves on its own. When the time comes, you pay with it: what you set aside is not free, and what a pocket pays for does not come out of what comes in, because it went out the day you set it aside.

  • For a payment or for a goal; in a shared one, how much each person puts in each month
  • An expense or a payment comes out of the pocket in one step
  • Each pocket in its own currency, its balance the sum of its movements
The home’s pockets. Set aside for the month with one tap, or open one and set money aside or take it back.

Between you

One home, several people, clear accounts

Invite your partner, or whoever shares the expenses, with a link. Each one enters what they pay, and Llegamos tells you, without a spreadsheet, who owes how much to whom to come out even. What a pocket pays counts for whoever put the money in it, by how much each one put.

  • Equal parts or percents, proposed from what each one earns
  • One tap to mark that you paid them back
  • As many people as you want, on the free plan too

What’s ahead

The car tax won’t catch you off guard

Llegamos looks at the coming months with what you already know will happen. The payments that don’t come every month show up early, with how much to set aside each month to meet them calmly.

  • Car tax, insurance, property tax: when they are due and what to set aside
  • A pocket for each one, created with one tap
  • The next six months, with what your pockets set aside and the ones that fall short in red

Month’s close

Every month, how it went

When the month ends, Llegamos tells it in a few screens: what you had left, where it went, the biggest thing and how it compares with the month before.

  • Only what has something to say
  • A picture to share, without amounts if you prefer
  • In the main currency, never mixing currencies

WhatsApp assistant

Log an expense without opening the app

Link your WhatsApp with a code and write to it like you would to a person: “spent 450 at the supermarket”, “paid the electricity bill”, “paid the car tax with the Car tax pocket”. It understands voice notes too. What you log lands in your group, just as if you had entered it in the app.

  • A text is saved right away; a voice note asks for a “yes” before saving
  • Marks payments as paid, creates new expenses and payments and, when you name a pocket, pays with it
  • Included in the free plan (30 messages a month), with much more room on Pro

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan does not expire and is enough to run a whole home: unlimited payments, expenses, pockets and incomes, with as many people as you want. It may show ads; Pro shows none.

Does it connect to my bank?

No. Llegamos moves no money and reads no accounts: you write down what you pay. It is less automatic and far more private, and it works the same with any bank, with cash or with somebody else’s card.

What if one month I get paid a different amount?

An income counts on the day it comes in, without you touching anything; if you get a different amount, you change it for that month only and the others stay as they are. If it hasn’t come in yet, or won’t come in that month, you say so too. And if you get paid a different amount each time, you mark it as variable income: it counts only once you confirm how much came in.

How do I know how much to set aside each month?

Each pocket has its plan: for a payment, what is missing spread over the months left; for a goal, the same up to its date. In a shared pocket, each person says how much they put in each month. Every month Llegamos proposes how much to set aside in all of them and you confirm it with one tap. Nothing moves on its own.

Which currencies can I use?

The ones your home uses. Each group picks its currencies and which one is the main one; a new group starts with Uruguayan pesos and US dollars and you can add the ones you need. No amount is ever stored converted.

Can I use it with my partner or my family?

Yes, and on the free plan. You invite with a link and everybody in the group sees and writes on the same sheet.

How does it split the expenses between several people?

However you agree: in equal parts or with a percent for each one, which Llegamos can propose from what each person earns. It counts what each one paid in the month and tells you who owes how much to whom. What a pocket pays counts for whoever put the money in it, in proportion to what each one put. Each currency is kept apart.

Can I log expenses from WhatsApp?

Yes. You link your WhatsApp with a code from your profile and write to it or send a voice note: “spent 450 at the supermarket”, “paid the electricity bill”. You can also pay with a pocket: “paid the car tax with the Car tax pocket”; it uses it only if the name matches, it is in the same currency and it has enough; otherwise it counts it against what comes in and tells you so. A text is saved right away; a voice note asks you to confirm with a “yes” before saving. The free plan includes 30 messages a month and Pro much more. We do not keep what you write, only what gets logged in your group.

Is there a phone app?

Llegamos installs from the browser, on Android and on iPhone, and gets its own icon like any app. No store needed.

What happens with my data?

It is yours. You export it to a spreadsheet whenever you want and delete your account from your profile, without asking anybody. We do not sell data, and what you enter is used for nothing other than showing it to you and your group.

How do I pay for Pro, and how do I cancel?

By card, monthly or yearly. You cancel whenever you want from the app and stay on Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If your Pro plan ends, nothing is deleted.
